Your access to the Fiuby platform and your use of its content are subject to the following terms. Please read these rules carefully.

First of all, we would like to state that Fiuby is a social media platform designed specifically for gamers. The content provided on Fiuby is shared instantly by users and published without moderation, and some content may not be suitable for users under the age of 13. To ensure a safe internet experience for children, we recommend that parents consider using filtering software. Fiuby is intended for users aged 13 and over. The use of the platform by users under this age, even with parental consent, is prohibited by Fiuby management. The safety of children is of the highest importance to us.

Fiuby, operated by Fiuby Technology, functions as a content platform in accordance with Estonian law. Content created by users is published without prior moderation. However, Fiuby Technology carefully examines all reports submitted and takes legal action when necessary.

Users acknowledge that they own the legal rights to all content (text, image, video, audio, links, etc.) they upload to Fiuby; content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other legal rights of third parties is prohibited. In such cases, Fiuby reserves the right to remove the content, suspend the account, and share user information with official authorities upon request.

You may submit complaints through the "Report" button found within the content. Please note that your reports may be shared with legal authorities if necessary.

All content and services provided on Fiuby are intended for personal use only. The commercial use of any content or service without prior written consent from Fiuby Technology is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fiuby, alter data, or interfere with system operations may result in legal action.

The content on Fiuby reflects the opinions of users, and no guarantee is given regarding its accuracy or timeliness. Fiuby assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur based on the information, comments, or suggestions shared on the platform.

We are not responsible for links that direct users to external sites. We do not guarantee the accuracy or security of these links.

During your visit to Fiuby, cookies may be placed on your device. These cookies do not contain personal identifying information and are used solely to store session data to improve the user experience.

Fiuby Technology reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to Fiuby for certain individuals or organizations when deemed necessary. Although we take all necessary precautions against viruses and similar malicious software for the security of the site, we recommend that users ensure the security of their own devices.

Users on the Fiuby platform must refrain from using slang, profanity, insults, derogatory expressions, or language that violates general standards of public decency. If such content is detected, it will be removed, and the associated user account may be warned or permanently suspended.

Files uploaded to Fiuby are automatically scanned by our systems for viruses and malicious software. However, no digital security system is entirely foolproof. Since absolute security cannot be guaranteed with current technology, users are strongly advised to scan any files downloaded from Fiuby or the internet with up-to-date antivirus software on their own devices.

Fiuby Bits Donation Policy

The Fiuby Bits donation system may only be used by users who meet all of the following requirements. By applying to receive donations, the user acknowledges and agrees that they meet all of these conditions:

Verified Account: The user must have successfully completed Fiuby’s verification process.
Matching Identity and Bank Details: The user’s bank account information must exactly match their identity information.
Follower Count: The user must have at least five hundred (500) followers.
Account History: The user’s account history must not include spam, hate speech, fraud, or any behavior that violates Fiuby’s Community Guidelines.
Complete Profile Information: The user’s profile must be fully completed, including a profile picture, biography, and valid bank account information.
Active Content Creation: The user must post at least two (2) pieces of content per week to demonstrate active content creation.

Fiuby reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a user’s ability to receive donations without prior notice if any of the above conditions are not met or are later violated.

Access Guarantee for Purchased Content and Developer Responsibility

Digital game content purchased through Fiuby is permanently assigned to the user's account.
Developers cannot remove the games they offer for sale at any time. If they wish to remove them, they must contact Fiuby support and submit a request.
If the user can no longer access the files of a game removed by the developer, the developer, as the content owner, acknowledges that they are legally responsible for this situation.
Users have the right to request a refund for content they cannot access. This request is reviewed and resolved by Fiuby.
Developers are responsible for maintaining the accessibility and integrity of the game content they upload. Otherwise, refunds made to users may be deducted from the developer's revenue.

Refund Policy and User Rights

Users may request a refund if they cannot access or benefit from a purchased digital product on Fiuby for one of the following reasons:
The game files were removed by the developer and can no longer be downloaded,
The game does not work or cannot be installed,
The game lacks the core features promised in its description,
The content contains copyright violations, malicious software, or illegal elements.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
The request will be reviewed by Fiuby’s support team, and users may be asked to provide screenshots, error messages, or additional information if needed.
In some cases, the developer may be contacted for clarification.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
If a user makes malicious or repeated refund requests for the same content, their right to refunds may be restricted.

Although Fiuby takes the utmost care in the security of user-uploaded files, it cannot be held responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or security breaches that may occur if these files contain third-party software or malicious code. By using the Fiuby platform, the user agrees to accept this responsibility.

By using Fiuby under all these terms, you agree to comply with the platform rules.
